The Role: As a Workforce Data Analyst at AllWork®, you'll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that inform strategic decisions for both our internal teams and our clients. In this position, you'll manage and integrate multiple data sets to deliver key analytics and reporting, using BI tools like QuickSight, Sigma, and others. You'll also develop permissioned dashboards tailored to specific user needs, ensuring that data insights are accessible yet secure. Ultimately, you'll support our clients in optimizing their talent spend through customized HR/Payroll insights, helping them maximize their investment in freelance and project-based work.
\n Responsibilities:Develop and manage permissions to control data access for internal stakeholders and external clients. Combine multiple data sources within BI tools (e.g., QuickSight, Sigma) to deliver consolidated insights and analytics. Produce consistent, timely reporting on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, while also handling ad-hoc requests as needed. Design, implement, and maintain HR & Payroll insights dashboards to support clients in understanding and optimizing their workforce investments. Proactively review dashboards and surface data trends across different groups (I.e. by clients, by location, by work type, etc.) Collaborate cross-functionally to align data reporting and insights with business and client needs. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analytics initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or HR tech environment. 3-5 years in HR or with knowledge of HR & payroll data is preferred Proficiency in BI tools such as QuickSight, Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple data sources and producing actionable insights. Strong understanding of permissions management and data security practices. Ability to balance ongoing reporting with urgent, in-the-moment analytical requests. Experience in HR data analysis is a plus, with the ability to develop insights around workforce and talent optimization. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for various stakeholders.
