Job Title: UKG Workforce Management Analyst Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs in-office, Mon & Fri WFH) Department: Human Capital Management (HCM) Overview: Join an exciting HCM platform migration project as a key contributor.
This role is centered in Seattle and will play a pivotal part in the transition, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive efficiency through UKG Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for UKG Workforce Management Lead fit-gap analysis to compare current processes ("as-is") with future designs ("to-be") Develop and document business process designs, ensuring alignment with project goals Conduct prototype demonstrations, assist in testing, and provide end-user training Provide ongoing support to users across the organization, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes What We're Looking For: Location Requirement: Seattle-based role with a hybrid schedule (Tues–Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remote) Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience Experience: 4-6 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects Skills & Expertise:Strong background in scheduling within manufacturing environments, including both union and non-union settings Familiarity with budgeting, planning, and forecasting related to labor hours and operational efficiency Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices for successful project execution Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): Experience in the manufacturing industry, with exposure to hourly production workforce and union environments Knowledge of PeopleSoft and its integration with cloud-based software solutions, particularly UKG Pro Why Join Us?
