The Resource and Business Management team, within the Risk Chief Administrative Office, has strategic and operational responsibilities to support Citi's Chief Risk Officer and the Independent Risk Management (IRM) organization to achieve its priorities. This includes Resource and Financial Planning, Executive Scorecards, Location Strategy, Continuity of Business and other projects. The Senior Lead Manager role for Workforce Management, within the Resource and Business Management team, will support the team across a wide variety of Workforce Management initiatives and deliverables in partnership with other members of the Resource and Business Management as well as CAO's/Business Execution Leads across the IRM organization. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop and lead analysis on position and headcount management, supporting IRM senior leaders and IRM Resource and Business Management teamDevelop content for executive stakeholder presentations related to human capital metricsEnsure monitoring and streamlined decision making on human capital metrics including organization health metrics, attrition, retention, recruitment, and location strategyProvide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary working with the multiple internal IRM stakeholders and throughout Citi functions including HR and Finance teamsImplement and drive Demand and Capacity Analysis across IRM segments working with multiple stakeholders including CAO's/Business Execution Leads and Human Resources while ensuring Consent Order deliverables are met in a timely mannerExecute Demand and Capacity Analysis across 1000+ direct staff and provide overall outcomes including opportunities and risks to senior managementReview, design, and execute on improvements to the IRM Workforce Management processes and strategyIdentify process improvement opportunities and ensure we have appropriate controls, procedures, and documentation across the team and that established guidelines/policies are adhered to and updated as necessary.Develop content and manage internal team communication and agendas for leadership meetingsUse excellent communication and strong management skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders including internal and external audiences; work closely and collegially with IRM CAOs and Business Execution LeadsEnsure timely execution on critical itemsKnowledge/Experience:Bachelor's degree, Masters Optional10+ years or relevant experience in financial services industryExperience in financial services preferred.Proven track record managing key deliverables with high senior management visibility on time and through strong partnerships across different businesses and functionsProven organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environmentExceptional interpersonal and people management skills with prior experience interfacing with Citi Senior Management at the Director and Managing Director levelSkills:Methodical and proactive thinker who is also detail oriented with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to execute across IRM teams with high quality and strict timetablesHighly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data management/ miningConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsProven time and task management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and promptlyAbility to influence and challenge senior management with data and strategic thinkingStrong analytical abilityCompetencies:Ability to manage projects with minimal guidanceAnalytical and problem solving skillsBuilds and maintains relationshipsInfluential & persuasiveEffective communication with Risk Senior Management and all seniors across CitiTeam player and with strong relationship management skillsResilienceEducation:Bachelor's/Universitydegree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Operations - Core------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Business Planning & Analysis------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Getzville New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$106,000.00 - $159,000.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
