ADP is hiring a Workforce Manager Service Consultant. In this role, as a Workforce Manager Service Consultant, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring their usage of the Workforce Manager product is at ease and optimal. You will combine your technical abilities and analytical skills to solve complex problems in our clients' day-to-day operations.
A Workforce Manager Service Consultant configures and optimizes the Workforce Manager interfaces and serves as an expert within the Time and Attendance domain.

What you'll do: Responsibilities: You will partner with clients to understand their product challenges and related needs; Solve such challenges while building long term trust.Take ownership of the client configuration and work with other teams to deliver best in class service.Become the most credible resource, focused on analyzing the client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.Be a team player who seeks to understand the business and asks questions to other members of the client project team, sales, and client service.Take ownership of issues and gaps between the clients' requirements and the Workforce Manager product and work with other teams to resolve them.Provide guidance to the client during our firmware changes, guide client on new feature releases.Resolve software and hardware questions for clients using Workforce Manager and other ADP Time and Attendance products.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.Experience in servicing a portfolio of clients. (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance preferred.)Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.Excellent soft skills (de-escalation, prioritization, organization)Ability to work in a team environment.Fundamental understanding of Hardware (routers, switches, etc.)Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Post Secondary Education or equivalent diploma.Bilingual – French and English.YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN: Focus on your mental health and well-being.
