Workforce Performance Analyst

Title: Workforce Performance Analyst Location: Detroit, MI 48226 (Onsite) Duration: 12+ months Coordinate the development and implementation of programs and strategies to improve operational performance.
Ensure achievement of sustainable, long-term performance outcomes within CORE Operations through analysis and continuous improvement.
Analyze key performance data and trends to enhance and develop initiatives for improving operational performance.
Use raw data and observations to identify performance gaps, analyze causes, and implement solutions.
Support internal and external personnel to maintain effective rapport and resolve issues.
Participate in special workgroups or projects as needed.
Create and present findings to display operational data and propose business changes.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
Two years of union leadership experience with the ability to lead through influence and translate data into user-friendly formats.
Advanced experience in operational and data analysis, and problem resolution.
Proven success in facilitation, training development, and implementing change.
