Summary of Position
The Workplace Services Assistant supports all aspects of building operations for the Teladoc Health Lewisville office to include, but not be limited to, mail processing, physical security, access control/CCTV, and space/seat utilization. The coordinator uses tools, technology, and operational experience to perform technical tasks associated with mail processing, security system applications, access control monitoring, maintenance programs and ongoing oversight of the site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Process daily mail through scanning software and other various software systems.
Delivery of maintenance and repair services for all hard and soft equipment at assigned office(s).
Work with the onsite Workplace manager in allocating and managing space in office buildings.
Interface with internal stakeholders and leadership regarding facilities issues.
Assist with ongoing maintenance of both hard (HVAC & Air Filter Vendors) and soft services (Janitorial, Pest Control, Fire/life safety vendors) for the office.
Support the onsite Workplace manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the Lewisville office.
Support local site leaders and workplace team with office-based events or projects as needed.
Perform other duties as required.
Office role with a daily office presence required five days a week.
Qualifications Expected for Position
High school degree required, bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management, or related field preferred.
Certification in facilities management (FMP, CMP) a plus.
Superior customer service skills and orientation.
Ability to maintain consistent professionalism under stressful situations.
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to direct responses during emergency situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to provide direction to staff
Preferred:
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.
Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems.
The base salary range for this position is$26.00/hr - $28.00/hr.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024 . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
