The Voya Wealth Administration Technology Group supporting the Voya Workplace Solutions business is looking for an experienced IT Professional to lead large, complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives focused on New Client Implementations and Data Conversions.
This role will include oversight and accountability of the identified deliverables associated with the respective Technology Initiative that may, in part, be performed by IT Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Analysts.
The Contributions You'll Make: You will supervise IT project teams to ensure results meet/exceed customer expectations and adhere to internal IT standards, methodologies, and strategies. You will troubleshoot special problems and lead performance improvement efforts based on a solid understanding of the technical concepts, methods, and practices applied by reporting staff. You will collaborate with IT colleagues, business colleagues, senior business leaders, and external clients to identify customer requirements and recommend solutions. This role includes program/project monitoring and status reporting to IT and Business Management. You will develop and manage business plans and budgets for Technology Initiatives. Your ability to achieve successful deliverables associated with large technology programs using strong project management skills will be required. You will monitor and contribute to the management of the IT project financials and resource demand. You will present to IT and Business Leadership at steering and advisory level meetings. Experience interacting and communicating status to external clients. Minimum Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a directly related field. Ten years of progressively responsible experience in IT in an applications development and/or technology implementation environment supporting/leading large technology projects. Demonstrated success in project management and execution with involvement in multiple major projects. Financial Services experience. Experience or knowledge of Workplace (Retirement) Recordkeeping systems. Knowledge of OMNI Recordkeeping Applications and associated peripheral applications that support Workplace Solutions. Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to fair and equitable pay.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range for this position:
$127,160 - $178,320 USD
