You will deliver high-quality service to our collaborative teams in our San Francisco HQ. You will be part of a team supporting all onsite events, including but not limited to onsite meetings with external guests, customer meetings, internal trainings, and meetups. You will also support calendar management for all our SF conference rooms and event spaces to ensure our employees have the spaces they need to collaborate and connect within the office.
You will report directly to the Bay Area Workplace Manager.
OutcomesYou will deliver the best service for employees, customers, and visitors.You will plan support for internal training, kickoffs, and meetings, as well as external customer meetings.You will lead support for business meetings (internal and external) by managing bookings, planning, and food & beverage setup.You will guide all facilities and workplace operations to achieve an environment that manifests and deepens company culture in our workplaces.You will work with your extended North American team, supporting programs within the scope of Workplace and Real Estate Operations.You will ensure a coverage model that supports daily meeting-related requests is completed. Work as part of the REW team to follow standards and critical measures to ensure a consistent level of support.You will maintain relationships with company partners (EAs, team leaders, the executive engagement team) and partner teams (HR, IT, Finance, and property management) and external vendor services to ensure the highest quality solutions related to our corporate events.You will work on special projects as a part of the global REW team.You will help develop and document operational processes such as SOPs for meeting management.You will offer detailed calendaring support to ensure our employees have the conference rooms they need to be productive in the office.Requirements6+ years of corporate tech or start-up experience with a dynamic and growing company.2+ years of experience with Google calendar and Gsuite for managing calendar invites.2+ years of experience with meeting management experience at a high-growth company including customer briefings.Excellent written and verbal speaking abilities to draft communications with key stakeholders.Coordinated, streamlined, and structured - the ability to balance multiple tasks at the same time and provide timely support.Customer focused attitude - ensuring high-quality resolutions.Experience working in environments with ambiguity.Ability to work full-time from our San Francisco offices.Pay Range TransparencyDatabricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
Zone 1 Pay Range: $58,500 — $103,500 USD
