Workplace Violence Prevention Program Coordinator About the Position: The incumbent chosen for this position will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of workplace violence prevention strategies at the Facility level across the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. This position plays a key role in identifying potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, providing training, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for all staff. The coordinator works closely with multidisciplinary teams, facility leadership, and external stakeholders to promote a unified and proactive approach to workplace violence prevention. This position will be embedded at the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health in Tulsa, Oklahoma with occasional travel requirements to Central Administration in Oklahoma City, OK.
