**Description** _**Summary:**_Directs the operation of clinical programs and promotes quality services forthe community and patients. _**Responsibilities:**_• Develops, implements and maintains policies and procedures for programs toensure quality patient care and services • Monitoring and tracking patient outcomes through advanced techniques • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing program deliverables • Assists in the interpretation of policies and objectives of nursing serviceto staff and community groups • Creating care plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and budgets.Conducting home care program meetings to ensure effective management ofactivities _**Requirements:**_**EducationSkills** * Associates Degree in Nursing**Experience** * 4 years of clinical nursing and 1 year in a supervisory role preferred**Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications ** * RN License in state of employment or compact * Wound Care certification required within a year of employment**_Work Schedule:_ **8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday**_Work Type:_**Full Time **EEO is the law - click below for more information:**We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
