As a Wound Care Nurse at Curitec, you will play a critical role in supporting patients with complex healing needs. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based treatments.Educate patients, families, and care teams on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies.Act as a clinical consultant for healthcare partners, recommending products and solutions tailored to patient needs.Build and maintain relationships with long-term care and hospice providers to promote Curitec's advanced wound care products.Monitor and document patient outcomes, ensuring compliance with care standards.Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for expanding Curitec's reach.Stay updated on the latest advancements in wound care practices and technology. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care nursing.Long-term care or hospice experience is highly preferred.Wound Care Certification (WCC) or equivalent is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to educate and influence stakeholders.Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset is highly desirable.Valid nursing license and ability to travel as required.
