Responsibilities
• Provides comprehensive assessments of acute care and outpatient ostomy clinic patients• Develops and/or recommends a plan of care• Renders treatment when needed• Offers educational support to patients with all types of wounds, skin issues, fistulas, and ostomies• Works as part of a multidisciplinary team• Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, patient protocols, and quality improvement activities• Provides staff support and education in current evidence based practice and in formulary selection and utilization
Requirements
• Two (2) years acute care background• BSN• AZ RN license or compact state with multistate privileges• Current American Heart Association BLS• Preferred: Wound Certification from nationally recognized organization (CWOCN, CWCN, CCWS)• Pay Range $35.28 - $51.16 /hour• Equal opportunity/affirmative action employer
