AWPN Administration Specialisthas expertise in account management, developing relationships, and communication with knowledge of the hobby gaming industry. This individual also excels in organization, detail-orientated tasks, and know how to demonstrate those skills to develop and improve resources.
Demonstrating integrity, excellence, and good judgment in performing responsibilities and interacting with colleagues, clients and outside parties is crucial to the role!
What You'll Do:
Contribute to strengthening and evangelizing the growth of the Wizards Play Network (WPN) through onboarding new retailers.
Facilitate account management tasks (e.g. store moves, ownership transfers, account updates), and deliver educational opportunities to WPN retailers.
Review WPN application submissions with attention to detail to ensure standards are upheld and that retailers we're onboarding will represent our brands well.
Research local business documentation guidelines and investigate context of independent businesses in different regions.
Review and update our WPN Orientation program to ensure new retailers are receiving up-to-date information and are primed to provide excellent experiences to their customers.
Support WPN Global Account Services Specialists and WPN Business Development Specialists as needed.
What you'll bring:
Self-motivated –Can establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.
A Partner –Able to build healthy relationships with WPN retailers, third party vendors, leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams alike.
Strong Communicator–Able to navigate growth conversations with retailers and overcome objections.
Organized –With an eye towards improving efficiencies and simple, scalable processes.
An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or associated field or equivalent work experience.
Experience working in a WPN retail store is preferred.
Knowledge of Wizards' games and WPN programs is preferred.
Understanding of the following programs: MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Tableau, Confluence, and SharePoint is preferred.
Competent digital literacy and the ability to learn new platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Renton, WA at least two days per week.

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.
