About Us:
We are seeking a talented Finance & Investment Management Director to join our Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions (WSRS) team. What You'll Do:
As a Finance & Investment Management Director, you'll play a pivotal role in upgrading existing forecast models and tools supporting WSRS finance. You'll manage Principal's proprietary fund infrastructure on the WSRS platform, overseeing forecasting, analysis, and ensuring connectivity with Principal Asset Management (PrinAM). Your responsibilities will also include:
- Enhancing WSRS Forecast Models
- Developing Pricing Models & Other Tools
- Forecasting AUM Net Cash Flow
- Reviewing Investment Transfer Pricing
- Conducting Investment Analysis
Who You Are:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of related work experience
- CPA, CFA, MBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial services and retirement industry
- Extensive familiarity with Defined Contribution investment products and solutions
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience with other business intelligence systems is a plus
- Strong management, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
Additional Information:
- Salary Range: $137,000 - $185,000 per year
- Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) provided
- Pension Eligible: Yes
