Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) is a diverse and multi-disciplinary organization. In this Senior Manager role, you will work in a range of capacities from supporting strategic planning, through portfolio management and governance, and down to managing programs including NPI Readiness. In addition, you will play a key role in the delivery of strategic programs with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively. DescriptionThe successful candidate must have experience initiating, managing, and enhancing business processes and system infrastructure programs. Critical to the role will be the ability to communicate and partner across the organization with business groups and regional teams. Also required is experience managing complex, large-scale global, cross-functional programs. As the Senior Manager, you bring 6+ years of people management experience that elevates your team member's capabilities and 10+ years leading global programs. You have a genuine passion for improving the way we work and serve as "stitchers" to connect the dots and ability to see the big picture with an end-to-end view.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $211,800 and $317,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
