Compensation:
The salary range is $38.06/hour to $63.47/hour.
The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.
The compensation listed is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.
Position Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Tuesday-Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm Benefits: up to $5k sign on bonus 2 Medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, life, and LTD HSA and FSA available A 401(k)-employer match, with a profit-sharing component Up to 21 paid days off per year 8 paid holidays annually Life and disability insurance Free onsite parking Learning opportunities through professional development programs Educational Assistance Service bonus Discretionary annual performance-based bonus Position Summary: Properly performs X-Ray, Fluoroscopy and DEXA imaging to ACR standards Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging Assists radiologist with specialized procedures Prepares sterile trays Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance Qualifications and Requirements: Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT) One year of X-Ray experience preferred Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions About Radia
