part-time opening for a Yard Instructor working out of our training yard in Ankeny, Iowa. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The primary function of a Yard Instructor is to assist in instruction, evaluation, and preparations of new trainees for the over-the-road truck driver positions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct instruction and hands-on training related to all aspects of commercial over-the-road truck driving that trainees are required to master before being released into their own tractor-trailer unit Constructively evaluate trainees and give feedback Maintain and uphold the TMC Transportation values
