We're seeking future team members for our CAO with roles located in Lake Mary (FL), New York (NY), and Pittsburgh (PA) in hybrid positions.

BNY Analyst Program Our 24-month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career.

Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY's entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks.
In each of these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills.
As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY and its clients, while receiving personalized guidance and support from a peer mentor.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high impact roles in multiple functions.

Chief Administrative Office The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is an enterprise function comprised of teams including Real Estate and Location Strategy, Workplace Experience, Enterprise Resiliency and Sourcing Offices, Enterprise Client Relationship Management, Strategic Partnerships and Innovation and Corporate Security.

Real Estate and Location Strategy aims to optimize our global footprint to best support existing and future needs while also attracting and developing top, diverse talent.
Real Estate is responsible for real estate functions, including real estate lease transactions and administration, facilities management, architecture, design and construction management and corporate insurance.

Workplace Experience invests in a sustainable workplace that enables employees to collaborate, learn and socialize to drive optimal results.
The Global Corporate Services division within the Workplace Experience team provides foundational global support services such as mail and print operations, food services, conference services, executive dining and corporate travel.

The Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) is a centralized, global function to promote and facilitate operational resiliency across the enterprise.
ERO works closely with the businesses and Corporate Staff groups to drive the firm's resiliency strategy.

The Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO) is a centralized, global function to manage the end-to-end interaction with and management of third-parties (external and inter-affiliate) and related activities.

The Enterprise Client Relationship Management (ECRM) platform is the marketing, sales, operations, contact center and service system of record & hub for client lifecycle interactions.
The platform aims to enhance experience for clients, enable revenue growth, increase client lifecycle transparency and uphold best-in-class performance
Strategic Partnerships and Innovation (SPIN) accelerate the creation of new products and capabilities, adoption of emerging technology, drive strategic ventures, build ecosystem connectivity and support enterprise innovation in service of strategic initiatives.

Corporate Security provides a broad array of services to protect our people, our property, our information and our assets effectively and efficiently.

Program Eligibility Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred Individuals who will be graduating in December 2024 through June 2025 Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better Well-rounded experience including demonstrated leadership skills Strong excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables Excellent written and oral communication skills Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees.
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $77,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
