Pay: $22.28/hr

Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (overtime as needed)

Job Description:

Work with a team to review and process grant applicants and paymentsAssist applicants with completing applications and submitting required documentsEnsure applications are complete and processedRefer applicants to appropriate services as neededCollect and compile data and complete reportsReceive and educate important information to clientsEnsure that the client's needs are met by maintaining a high level of customer serviceUnderstand, follow, and support all safety policies and programsEnsure confidentiality of all client records

Position Requirements:

Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle requiredBasic computer and typing skillsKnowledge of small business operationsAbility to navigate a smart sheet databaseWorking knowledge of case management principles and processesGeneral understanding of community history, traditions, and beliefsExcellent written, verbal, and listening interpersonal skillsCooperative team player and a desire to help othersOrganized, detail, and tasks oriented
