2Nd Shift Lpn

Our Client in Assonet, MA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join their healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a range of medical skills to provide high-quality nursing care.
Scheduling: 32 or 40 hour scheduling W/ Rotating weekends Full Time Position \$40/ hr 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift (Sign on bonus up to \$5,000 for full time applicants) Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN Requirements: Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
