Position Summary: The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center is excited to announce an opening for a Radiation Oncologist to practice at June E. Nylen Cancer Center (JENCC) in Sioux City, IA. This is a distinctive opportunity to provide patient care services in an ACRO accredited state of the art community facility with all the advantages of a full-time faculty appointment. We welcome newly trained and experienced physicians to consider this opportunity. Commitment to providing compassionate care along with experience in 3D-CRT, IMRT, SABR, SRS, and HDR is required.
Applicants must have an MD or DO degree with completion or near completion of a residency in ACGME accredited Radiation Oncology. Applicants applying should have experience in 3D-CRT, IMRT, SABR, SRS, and HDR. Board certification or board eligibility from the American Board of Radiology (ABR) is required.
Supplemental Qualifications: Evidence of publication in peer-reviewed journals.
