Lakeshore Talent is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the All Lines Department for a reputable client.
This is a full-time position where the AE will provide professional and courteous account management and brokerage services to assigned clients, with the primary focus on account retention.
Working alongside Producers (Client Executives/Sales) as assigned, the AE will be responsible for overseeing the management of accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating the delivery of company services.
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Salary: $135k annually + Commission
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary consultant to clients, ensuring account retention and acting as the technical expert and broker-consultant.Manage all aspects of client relationships, including risk control consultation, program design, and coverage negotiation.Build and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers, insurance carriers, and internal colleagues.Oversee the delivery of company services throughout the policy cycle, such as claims reviews, stewardship reports, and coverage renewals.Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and ensure all client service needs are met promptly and professionally.Conduct annual client reviews, making risk control recommendations to reduce the total cost of risk. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 7 years of experience servicing large accounts.Experience in benefits/insurance background is required.Proven ability to influence C-level executives.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks.Willingness to travel as needed.
