\n Responsibilities:Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for AV or technical products and services.Client Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, including system integrators, IT managers, project managers, and other stakeholders.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's AV/technical products and services, and stay informed about industry trends and advancements.Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.Proposals: Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals and quotations, and follow up to close sales.Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitor activities.Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
