As an Account Support Associate at Instacart, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our accounts while working remotely from Austin, Texas. This part-time position is ideal for someone at the entry level with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities:- Assist with onboarding new accounts and providing training on Instacart's platform- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Analyze account data and provide insights to help drive business growth- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for accounts- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement- Deliver presentations to clients to showcase Instacart's services and features
Requirements:- Confident and motivated individual with a passion for customer service- Strong presentation and research skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
