Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Account Support Associate at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients in San Diego, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual with strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:1. Assist clients with account inquiries and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter.2. Conduct outreach to clients to ensure their satisfaction and offer additional products or services.3. Manage and update client account information accurately and in a timely manner.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.5. Provide support to the Account Managers and assist with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
