As an Account Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and growing our business through excellent account support and strategic guidance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.

2. **Account Strategy Development:**
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop account-specific strategies and plans that drive revenue and enhance customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling by understanding client needs and industry trends.

3. **Communication and Reporting:**
- Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports, including metrics on sales, customer satisfaction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and resolving any potential conflicts.

4. **Problem Solving:**
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges before they become issues, taking initiative to implement necessary changes.
- Utilize strong research skills to gather relevant data and insights that inform decision-making processes.

5. **Collaboration and Team Support:**
- Work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless account management and support.
- Support the sales team in achieving account-related goals by providing timely and relevant account information.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of account management processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insight and feedback to support strategic initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of account management, customer support, or related experience in a fast-paced industry. Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking and driven, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, able to motivate and rally teams around common goals.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional research and analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

- **Travel:** Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and training.
