Job Description:

Caterpillar is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to our sales team by managing customer accounts, tracking sales data, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain customer accounts, including processing orders and resolving customer issues.2. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.3. Assist sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.4. Communicate with customers to answer queries, resolve issues, and provide updates on orders.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing travel arrangements.7. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits.2. Strong project management skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
