Position Overview:
We are looking for an English-speaking Accountant to join our team in Georgia. In this role, you will engage with American insurance companies and their clients, providing exceptional service while managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of patient accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide top-quality service to clients, including insurance companies and patients. Manage and handle incoming communications with insurance companies regarding patient accounts. Analyze, update, and maintain accurate data in patient medical records. Verify the existence and validity of patients' insurance policies. Document billing and payment processes for future reference and tracking. Generate monthly reports as requested. Address and resolve system ticket requests assigned to you. Follow company policies on data security and confidentiality, reporting any security risks or adverse incidents as required. Adhere to ethical standards in dealing with patients, colleagues, and medical professionals. Required Skills: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English. Experience with accounting tools. Knowledge of financial reports. Strong knowledge of Excel. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Flexibility and a results-driven approach with a "can-do" attitude. Ability to handle non-standard situations with diplomacy.
