Join our team as a Senior Accounting Analyst, performing both routine and advanced functions to support accounting, accounts payable, and financial operations. This role emphasizes process improvement, standardization, and reconciliation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Job Title:  Accounting Analyst - Accounts Payable Location:  WFH/Remote Pay:  $25 - $30/hourly Key Responsibilities: Conduct reconciliations and resolve variances in internal accounting systems. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows. Collaborate with business units to enhance service levels and meet customer needs. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts. Support M&A activities, including system and process integrations. Track offshore production metrics against Service Level Agreements (SLA) to identify areas for improvement. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. 4-7 years of senior-level Accounts Payable experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
