Job summary

Responsibilities
• Utilizing QuickBooks software (both desktop and online) to perform various accounting tasks.• Handling monthly financials, scanning/organizing documents, and conducting bank reconciliations.• Assisting with payroll tax, budgets, workman's comp, and general liability audits.• Being a self-starter and quick learner, while effectively managing multiple tasks.• Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Requirements
• Experience working with QuickBooks software, both desktop and online.• Self-starter, quick learner, and proficient in multitasking.• Previous experience in office management or similar positions.• Familiarity with payroll processes.• Tax experience (preferred but not mandatory).
