Accounting Manager (Bilingual : Korean & English)

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join our financial management team.
The ideal candidate will oversee financial transactions, analyze and maintain financial information, and ensure the accuracy of staff reports.
Responsibilities include understanding and managing various financial operations such as debts, assets, payroll, and revenue analysis, as well as providing recommendations for improving accounting methods and processes.
The Accounting Manager will guide the implementation of new financial initiatives, generate progress reports, and offer strategic suggestions to achieve financial goals.
Effective communication skills are essential, as this role bridges the gap between staff and upper management, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage monthly close, prepare and present monthly executive reports
· Manage the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
· Prepare cash flow forecasts and plan
· Planning, implementing and supervising the company's financial strategy
· Manage and support the company's financial reviews and audits
· Maintain proper accounting guidelines and procedures
· Monitor daily financial transactions
· Provide recommendations to internal business stakeholders
· Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by the executive management team
