Accounts Payable Clerk

Pawnee County Memorial Hospital has an immediate position available for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk. This position performs financial, administrative, and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Previous accounts payable experience preferred Knowledge of accounting practices and principles required Detail oriented with high level of accuracy required Excellent organizational and customer service skills required Effective written and verbal communications skills required Experience in a Business Office setting / Customer Service preferred Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks Must possess computer skills along with the ability to operate fax machines, copiers, multi-line phone system and printers Ability to maintain ALL patient confidentiality to protect the patient amp; our facility Job Responsibilities:
Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner Manage the weekly check run Set up and maintain a record and scanning system of accounts payable vendor files and other financial records including purchase orders and invoices Perform all other duties as assigned Apply at
