In the Accounts Payable Specialist role, you will work closely with the Accounting team to manage and process invoices and payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. The Accounts Payable Specialist role will have the opportunity to add value to the accounting department, while being exposed to various parts of the business.

POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:Performing daily financial transactions including verification and coding of invoicesProcessing domestic and European vendor payments in a timely mannerOverseeing and owning the company commercial card maintenance, approval and reconciliation process.Interacting with domestic and European departments to discuss vendor transactions and paymentsWorking closely with Business Analysts and Trip Designers to review trip costsEnsuring compliance with accounts payable processes (e.g. W-9, sales and use taxes)Reconciling Balance Sheet accountsProcessing and filing annual 1099 formsAdditional projects as neededWHAT ELSE WE'D LIKE TO SEE FROM YOU:?
