As an Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will provide leadership and guidance to the Accounts Payable team at our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on team members and vendors in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities Resolve escalated issues with vendors/suppliers and counsel team members on effective resolution Collaborate with the other Accounts Payable Supervisors and Management to develop the team members, set goals, and provide service to suppliers Train and develop new team members by providing them with necessary knowledge and skills to succeed Make continuous updates and improvements to processes and training documentation Lead regular meetings with AP team members Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred High School Diploma required Knowledge and Experience:
Some Accounts Payable experience required; 5+ years preferred Experience in a Shared Services/Centralized Services environment required Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP preferred Why Join Applied?
