The Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk is responsible for creating invoices, collecting payment, and managing incoming data for several warehouse locations.
Job Posting : Accounts Receivable/Billing Clerk (part time)
Responsibilities :
- Provides analytical support to main office
- Collects, reviews and corrects any incoming data daily
- Invoices customers weekly
- Monitors customer accounts to ensure they are up-to-date on a daily basis
- Contacts delinquent suppliers for payment
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel (required)
- Previous experience with cloud based software (required)
- 1-3 years of office experience preferred
- Ability to work independently & with a team.

Pay : Starting at $20/hr
