Anrok connects with billing and payment systems to automate sales tax compliance end-to-end. We have raised over $50M from leading investors like Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures.
As the leader within the Activation pillar of the Anrok customer journey, you will focus on activating and growing customers post-sales. This involves managing the onboarding team to engage with Anrok customers through the activation process. A great candidate is comfortable using data and customer feedback to continually iterate and improve operational execution. You will work closely with engineering, product, sales, customer support and finance teams to create a seamless customer experience.
In this role, you will: Hire, enable, and coach a high-performing team to consistently meet quarterly goals and targets
Work directly with customers and your team to understand and accelerate Anrok customer onboarding and activation processes
Monitor and manage team performance against key performance metrics
Identify opportunities in the early customer journey that require intervention and proactively investigate, strategize, and implement solutions
Analyze the data relevant to customer activation; run your own queries and build your own dashboards
What excites us: 7-10 + years of experience in strategy or operations roles with focuses on onboarding, technical implementations, customer adoption, growth
Prior experience with managing and scaling teams that have multiple priorities or projects
Ability to jump into new situations and quickly solve problems, with an eye toward architecting solutions that will scale
Ability to distill and translate data and messy workflows into standardized processes
Empathetic and effective operational mindset to work cross-functionally
