Position Overview: The Epicor Administrator will provide end-user support for the Epicor ERP system. The administrator will manage, develop, and maintain the systems, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Epicor ERP, Crystal Reports, SSRS, DB Query Tools, SQL, Power BI, Inventory, Manufacturing, MRP, and CRM systems Design, develop, and implement system solutions for accounting, inventory, manufacturing, and MRP systems Test and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance Assist users with system inquiries Provide user training and technical support Implement data security policies and procedures Maintain system documentation Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP, Crystal Reports, SSRS, DB Query Tools, SQL, Power BI, Inventory, Manufacturing, MRP, and CRM systems Familiarity with system design and implementation Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
