This clerical/front desk position primarily entails providing efficient administrative support, performing light filing tasks, answering phone calls, and handling basic receptionist duties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required for this role.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting visitors and callers to the best of your abilities.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects a professional and welcoming environment.Perform light filing tasks to ensure proper documentation and organization of important records.Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing packages as necessary.Prepare and update various documents, reports, and presentations as assigned.Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry.Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.Adhere to established procedures and protocols to maintain confidentiality and data security. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.Proven experience in administrative support roles or related positions is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines.Working knowledge of basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.Bilingual language skills are preferred, but not required.
