Responsibilities
The Client Relations department is responsible for delivering excellence in service to Oaktree investors globally on behalf of Oaktree.
This administrative assistant will be responsible for managing client meetings on behalf of our Client Services Representatives and Product Specialists.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Manage a high volume of client meetings (fund updates, due diligence sessions, etc.)
for clients in the Americas on behalf of Client Services Representatives.
* Manage logistics of meetings including, but not limited to, communicating with clients, creating calendar invitations, managing schedules across multiple time zones, booking conference rooms (physical or virtual), ordering food and setting up as necessary, coordinating and submitting materials needed for meetings, assembling data/materials, creating and distributing agendas;
* Work with and oversee our BPO offshore team with regards to their support of the meeting management process;
* Ability to become familiar with our CRM system (Salesforce) to access client data;
* Evaluate and propose improvements to the existing meeting management process; and
* Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience supporting several executives within a professional services firm.
* Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Base Salary Range
$60,000 - $100,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement.
The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
