Rockhurst University and the St. Luke's College of Nursing and Health Sciences are seeking applications for theAdministrative Assistant for SLCNHS Purchasing, Budgeting, Accreditation and Compliance position.
This position provides vital support to SLCNHS Administrators, Faculty, Staff, and Students.

This position requires that the incumbent be an effective time manager and have strong technology skills.
The position is responsible for maintenance of data in multiple electronic systems and that data must be maintained in an accurate and timely fashion.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Reconciles and maintains budget reports for all budgets within the college Manages invoices payment and assists with budget processes Completes quarterly budget reviews and meets quarterly with associate deans and dean to review the status of each budget Manages all supplemental funds within the college Tracks and reconciles spending for the Saint Luke's Foundation funds.
Submits receipts for reimbursement for payment Provides support to the dean and associate dean through management of budget reports, purchasing of supplies and equipment, accreditation reporting, and compliance confirmation Maintains Professional Development spending spreadsheet Tracks and maintains adjunct faculty spending spreadsheet for the entire college Manages credit cards for the School of Nursing and Dean Oversees ordering of supplies for the entire college.
Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles all matters expeditiously and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadlines As requested, gather and prepare data for reports that may be confidential and time-sensitive Manages time-sensitive TB and insurance tracking for the Dean of Students Works with the Dean of Students to schedule meetings as assigned (St. Luke's Convenient Care Advisory Committee, etc.)
Overseeing the renovation of space and college-wide projects Works collaboratively with NHS Administrative Assistants to obtain names of all new faculty and staff members.
