We are Hybrid Remote.
Our work from home days are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities: Supporting the Supply Chain Team and Product Team with detail-oriented data entryResponding to customer inquiriesAssisting with product inspection and quality controlOrganizing computer folders, files, and documentsProviding general administrative support to the office and team membersAssisting with team events Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degreeExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry roleExperience working in an eCommerce company is a plus Related: data entry, office assistant, clerical, clerk
