Administrative Assistant II

3+ Month Contract
Onsite Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to staff the front office receptionist desk during business hours, 8am - 4:30pm, Tuesday - Friday.
This assignment will provide a broad range of administrative support for the President of Crown Center, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate, HR Leader, and all Crown Center Redevelopment Corporation employees.
This position will require frequent interaction with internal and external business partners, vendors, and contractors.
Responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to managing/coordinating email and calendars, welcoming and providing general support to visitors, processing E-Pay requests, ordering supplies and making sure the kitchens are stocked, distributing mail, managing expense reports, scheduling priority and recurring meetings, as well as staffing the reception desk for the office.
The incumbent will handle work that is confidential and of high priority.
Incumbent should understand how to direct correspondence to the appropriate levels of management for company decisions.
Complete special assignments or projects, as requested.
Possess solid technical and problem-solving expertise.
Proficiency in the MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
The incumbent must be flexible to support additional special events held at Crown Center.

Three years of Administrative Assistant experience Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
