JOB SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant III is responsible for efficiently carrying out administrative duties, providing administrative support and facilitating effective operations within the organization.

This role requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools.
Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
Guides and trains junior employees.
Problems faced are generally non-routine and require some analysis to understand.
Demonstrates integrity, accountability and transparency; upholds BKV standards, values and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Typical job responsibilities of the ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III include:
•Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, transportation, web conference, etc., including communications and logistics when necessary.
Set-up and tear-down meeting rooms.
Organize catering as required.
•Manage and maintain files, records, agreements, contracts, and correspondence in both hard and digital formats.
•Process invoices and prepare expense reports.
•Assist with maintaining Corporate Calendar and coordinate recurring meetings led by Leadership Team members; taking meeting minutes that are technical and/or confidential in nature and transcribe them into final form, ensuring that information is documented accurately.
•Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
•Review and help prepare various documents, reports, and presentations as requested, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines.
•Conduct regular audits of documents, files, and databases to ensure compliance with internal policies.
•Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
•Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS
•Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
•Experience in assisting with project coordination and management, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and job-related applications.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•High school diploma or GED required.
Commensurate work experience considered.
•Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
•This position is located in Denver, CO at BKV Headquarters.
Remote work will be considered.
•Indoor working environment that requires the ability to perform repetitive motions and operate standard office equipment.
•May occasionally be exposed to distracting noise while sharing office space with others.
