+ High School Diploma
+ 2 years experience in a complex administrative support role within a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to understand, interpret, and explain complex regulations or policies
+ Experience with budget management such as processing purchase orders, submitting invoices for payment, travel requests, and reconciling accounts via complex expense reports
+ Ability to multi-task under pressure and complete work within established deadlines
+ Superb attention to detail and problem-management skills
+ Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in working with numbers, including calculating costs, travel expenses, and reimbursements accurately and efficiently.
+ Proficient use of Microsoft Office which includes Outlook, Excel, and Word

Job Duties
+ Create requisitions, send invoices and POs for payments to vendors.
+ Monitor timely payments to vendors and update accounting spreadsheets.
+ Process faculty stipends by entering PCRs and track their approval.
+ Coordinate travel requests.
This includes collecting and reviewing required travel documents, creating, and submitting travel requests based on the program budget, and assisting with the purchase of airfare.
+ Coordinate and submit complex expense reports in a timely manner, collecting receipts from faculty upon return and organizing their expenses following University travel policies and procedures.
+ Enter all Education Abroad courses in the University system and monitor course registration.
+ Oversee and maintain the student application system.
+ Review and process student applications.
+ Process application refunds.
+ Process Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan - Texas Tomorrow Fund applications.
+ Assist with the processing of IEFS scholarships via data entry.
+ Generate and review multiple reports in SAP .
+ Assist in organizing and delivering information to faculty regarding Education Abroad programs.
+ Develop training to faculty and other stakeholders regarding internal procedures.
+ Regularly update knowledge of the university's travel policies and procedures, and actively seek training opportunities to become proficient in managing travel requests, processing expenses reports, and ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
