Position Summary:The Administrative Assistant will support several of the company's central office leadership and support teams, with a variety of recurring and nonrecurring tasks.
Acknowledge requests for assistance, clarify expectations with respect to deliverables and deadlines, and keep the requesting party apprised of the status.
Key Responsibilities: Screening incoming calls and emails in Reception Inbox and company Inbox
Assisting in scheduling and supporting meetings, including reserving space on & offsite, arranging
catering
Prepare expense reports.
Making travel arrangements.
Maintaining Central Service Office Shared & Reserved Parking information.
Maintaining Central Service Office vendor info pertaining to kitchen, building, and supply room and
communicate with the vendor as needed.
Assisting HR with designated projects and ongoing initiatives.
Assist EA's with logistics on projects.
Processing and approving badge requests daily.
Coordinating parking and new hire orientation for the Central Service Office.
Routing of all mail, faxes, and packages delivered to Central Service Office.
Assisting with facility management and communication.
Assisting in the coordination of team events, social activities, and employee recognition.
Fulfilling other duties as assigned
Education/Experience: High School Graduate or the equivalent required
Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
At least three years of Administrative Assistant experience, ideally in a professional services environment; Executive level support preferred.
Prior healthcare experience a plus

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Shift/Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (management if flexible with hours, able to have earlier or later start times just needs to be 5x8 hour shifts and consistent throughout the week)
Pay Range:$22 - $35/hr
