Job Summary: This position is located at Child and Family Service Division of Integral Care.
This position performs a variety of moderately complex clerical work in support of unit operations.
This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment.
Duties include meeting and greeting consumers, checking consumers in and out for appointments, requesting payment for services rendered, handling various types of payments, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and other clerical duties as assigned.
This position is under the direction supervision of the Business Manager/Support Staff Supervisor.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position.
Other duties may be assigned.
May require a flexible work schedule.

Education: Required:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
License: Required:
Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience: Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish.
Experience with a multi-line phone system and scheduling preferred.
Medical office experience preferred.
Hours: Full-Time.
Workdays: Monday - Friday.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Salary: $20.03 an hour.
