Beacon Hill has partnered with a boutique law firm in Chicago to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the office manager and the managing partner in a fast-paced law firm environment.
You'll manage daily administrative tasks, handle email communication, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage phone lines, front desk reception, and office supply orders.
Oversee heavy email communication, ensuring all details are addressed, documents are properly attached, and tasks are followed up on.
Assist with redlining documents (training provided if needed).
Support the Executive Assistant and Managing Partner with general office tasks, including some personal requests.
Learn and utilize the firm's CRM system to assist with administrative duties.
Be proactive in supporting the team and staying on top of daily tasks.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role (legal experience preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail, especially in managing emails and document attachments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to learn new systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist with various office duties.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and willingness to stay until tasks are completed.
Available to work on-site five days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
