Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support across various office functions.
This position is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination of activities within the office environment.


Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will handle a range of administrative tasks, including managing communication, scheduling, office management, and data entry.
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor.


Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and handle documents, reports, and presentations. Office Management: Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment. Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems. Handle mail and package distribution. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter and update information in various databases and systems. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive data. Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years in an administrative role. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software. Additional Details: Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Schedule: 100% onsite in Dallas, TX
