Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bay 9 Holdings LLC dba Edgemere located in Dallas, Texas.
The Administrative Assistant assists in providing office and administrative services support to the community management team.
Position is responsible for word processing, maintaining community policies and forms, ordering of supplies, and maintaining administrative work areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a salary of $18.00+ per hour.

Responsibilities:
•Complete word processing requests for management team.
Track assignments and maintain record of completion.
•Maintain community-wide electronic, and if needed hard copy, files of policies, forms, manuals, brochures, directories, and other publications.
•Order office supplies as requested by management team.
Maintain office inventory par levels, track inventory and supplies.
•Place orders for all outside printing projects.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of the orders.
•Maintain administrative office areas to include but not limited to copy room, mail room, office supply room, common computer location and other administrative designation areas.
Report office equipment repairs to supervisor.
•Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
•Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Associate degree preferred.
•Two to three years applicable experience.
•Proficiency in Microsoft office applications preferred
