Job Description: Assist requests in a timely manner and efficiently Answer all incoming calls, provide pertinent information to the caller, and transfer the call to the appropriate source if requested Very strong attention to detail and a strength in managing expectations and risks Using attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and critical thinking to process and enter the complex domestic and international orders we receive throughout the day into our system (Sage 100) Processing international orders including Commercial Invoices and required export documents, reviewing orders carefully for accuracy Maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring they have updated order status, investigating problems, and achieving resolutions that satisfy the customer Welcoming clients and guests who call or visit the office with polish, professionalism, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills Requirements: Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to work independently and take initiative Able to adapt to changing priorities
